Jennifer is a strategic partner to executive leaders and boards of directors who are working to transform their organization and community. She believes that every effective business solution has strategy, impact, and continuity. Ask her about the “formula for transformative change” and you’ll get a glimpse into her passion and acumen. As the founder/lead consultant of Organized Synergy, Jennifer leads a team of experts specializing in organization development and design, impact measurement, and government grants. Known for her "win-win or no deal" approach, she helps organizations see and communicate their value and empower them to move away from “doing more with less” to a sustainable funding model. Jennifer is a recognized leader, honored as a "Woman on the Rise" by YWCA Columbus. With a Master’s of Organization Development degree from Bowling Green State University (go Falcons!), she bridges theory, frameworks, and real-world application to help clients design solutions that impact whole systems – people, programs, organizations, and communities. Jennifer resides in Pickerington, Ohio, with her husband and four children, finding joy in the small pleasures of life while continually seeking meaning in every step of her journey.

Audrey is from and continues to call Columbus, Ohio home. She is a dedicated grant research and community development professional. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with numerous nonprofit organizations, where she honed her skills in identifying and securing grants for various projects and initiatives, with a particular focus on supporting minority-led development. Her expertise lies in conducting comprehensive research to identify potential funding opportunities by diving deep into the depths of the internet and utilizing cross-platform search strategies. She also has extensive experience in qualitative research, with a focus on multi-stakeholder interviews. With a creative eye for research and a passion for making a positive impact, Audrey is committed to helping organizations access the resources they need to bring their visions to life. She holds a Bachelor's in Political Economy and Development Studies and a Master's in Development Management.

Shareyna's life work involves serving underrepresented and low-income students, including supporting students' academic preparedness, and developing/implementing pre-college initiatives and outreach programs. She is passionate about program development and design and has over 15 years of experience in the space. 

Shareyna is dedicated to building professional networks that empower and support underrepresented populations, particularly through mentorship, leadership, community engagement, and scholarship. She is a two-time self-published author and has been nominated for the Leader in Mentorship Award, which recognizes influential women of color who inspire others by sharing their strategies and journey to success.

Currently, she is pursuing her Doctoral Studies at Rutgers University, focusing on Education, Culture, and Society.

Jada is a dynamic project manager with a proven track record of leading successful projects across multiple sectors. With certifications as a PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) and CAPM (Certified Associate Project Manager), Jada brings a strong foundation in agile methodologies and project management best practices. She excels at navigating complex challenges, fostering team collaboration, and driving innovation to deliver impactful outcomes. Jada is passionate about leveraging her skills to contribute to meaningful projects that align with organizational objectives and create positive community impact.

Nyima Porter, MSW, grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania, and now lives in Columbus, Ohio. Nyima comes from the urban core/marginalized community and has more than 20 years of experience working with underserved youth and underrepresented populations. Her philosophy is grounded in empowering the poor and educating the privileged around culturally sensitive issues. Nyima is the founder of Concrete Dreamers and consults with youth service providers in the areas of curriculum development, program development, capacity building, and special projects. She also has experience designing and managing various mentoring programs: college peer-to-peer, adult-to-adult, and adult-to-youth. Nyima is a trained mentor: The National Mentoring Partnership technical assistance provider, Elements of Effective Practice trainer, National Quality Mentoring System (NQMS) provider, Bridges Out of Poverty trainer, Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World facilitator, and poverty simulation facilitator.
