Jennifer is a strategic partner to executive leaders and boards of directors who are working to transform their organization and community. She believes that every effective business solution has strategy, impact, and continuity. Ask her about the “formula for transformative change” and you’ll get a glimpse into her passion and acumen. As the founder/lead consultant of Organized Synergy, Jennifer leads a team of experts specializing in organization development and design, impact measurement, and government grants. Jennifer is a recognized leader, honored as a "Woman on the Rise" by YWCA Columbus. With a Master’s of Organization Development degree from Bowling Green State University (go Falcons!), she bridges theory, frameworks, and real-world application to help clients design solutions that impact whole systems – people, programs, organizations, and communities. Jennifer resides in Pickerington, Ohio, with her husband and four children, finding joy in the small pleasures of life while continually seeking meaning in every step of her journey.
